What to expect?

1. Time Commitment: As much as this is great for resumes, Officers should expect to actively participate in chapter operations, including attending regular board meetings, supporting events, and contributing to the planning and execution of chapter initiatives. Officer responsibilities will take up varying 1-4 hours per week leading up to the beginning of each semester and throughout the Academic year.

2. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication and collaboration with fellow officers, members, and faculty advisors is key to a successful term.

3. Leadership Development Opportunity: Serving as an officer is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership, project management, and networking skills. You will be able to create personal relationships with professionals while making a meaningful impact on our chapter.

If voted, core four officers must take mandatory officer training videos & tests from Student Engagement during March - April as well as attend an Officer Transition Night on Friday, April 4th. All officers will additionally be trained at the end of Spring Semester - Summer on specific Beta Alpha Psi Duties & planning for the academic year through team meetings / officer training videos.
