STEP 1: READ THE BAP NATIONAL MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
BAP NATIONAL MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS (PER SEMESTER for CANDIDATES and MEMBERS)
INDUCTION CEREMONY
Once students have met all requirements, they will be eligible for induction as National Members at the end of the semester in which they complete their hour requirements. Each candidates’ hours and their academic standing will be considered.
BETA ALPHA PSI HONOR CORD
In order to receive a Beta Alpha Psi honor cord at the Lubin Awards Ceremony, which occurs during the week of graduation, students shall:
1. Maintained a Cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 3.0;
2. Participate and complete the hour requirements for two semesters at Pace University for undergraduate students and graduate students.
3. Have maintained good standing by attending at least 4 professional events and 2 community service hours in every semester they are at Pace after that have attained their membership.
FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS
Members that meet the grade requirement but do not fulfill the participation requirement will have to fill the form and pay the National Application fee again in the following semester that they are reapplying for National Membership.
- Successfully completed Candidate Membership for one semester
- Continue to complete participation requirements for membership for another semester and pay annual dues $20
- GPA 3.0
- Complete at least one (1) major course (Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or Digital Technology corresponding to major area) beyond the principles or introductory level (for transfer students, the most recent qualifying course must be at the initiating institution or another AACSB or EQUIS accredited institution)
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS (PER SEMESTER for CANDIDATES and MEMBERS)
- 8 Weekly/Professional Meetings
- 7 Service Hours
- Complete all Fundraising Activities – will be informed of the activity each semester

Students will receive an e-mail from the President/Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi after your application is received and confirmed in order to pay the member fee of $20 USD.
